Estimates and results
Calorie and macro figures from our planner and articles are estimates. Individual needs and results vary and are not guaranteed. Your results depend on many factors, including your starting point, consistency, genetics and health.
Assumption of risk
Exercise involves risk of injury. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is right for you and for exercising within your own limits.
Digital products and license
When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. You may print copies for your own use. You may not resell, share, post or distribute our products or any part of them.
Refunds
Our guide is covered by a 30-day refund policy. To request a refund, email awclacademy@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A.W.C.L. Academy is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of our content or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
